Creative Direction

Imtiaz Developments wanted to visualize Beach Walk’s premium lifestyle with elegance, tranquility, and cinematic motion. The creative concept revolved around seamlessly blending digital ocean waves with an architectural 3D model that emerged in real time.

The biggest challenge was creating natural water animation that paired well with a real estate environment. We focused on camera reveal techniques, material blending, and custom lighting to harmonize realism with aspiration.
